The millenials and Gen Z of Korea, who was born roughly from the middle of 1980s to that of 2000s, are said to be a new generation, not the same as their parents called democratization experienced people. This essay discusses how to work out the history trip project proposal for a kind of democratic citizenship education to the new generation. For this research purpose, I study the story and its historic meaning of Donghak Peasant Revolution, called the nationalism and democracy, and its usefulness to teach Korean young generation. Next, I make a trip-type project of visiting mostly Nokdugwan, a newly established place in 2019 in Jeonju. This study makes out a real planning for the university students that tend not to be interested in the Korean history but in their individual livelihood.
