Making a Mode of Cultural Contents as a Management Plan of the Gwangju Municipal Ballet Company

The 2019 Mid and Long Term Development Plan of Gwangju Art Companies suggests a vision of pursuing globalization by being Gwangju. However, it does not explain the original type of Gwangju culture or how to make it a type of cultural contents. This paper proposes a bilateral media operation method of the municipal ballet company of Gwangju and pursues incorporating it to ensure its autonomy. I, firstly, observe the development plan based on the city ballet group and, secondly, discuss it in the light of the preceding research. After this, in the conclusion, I suggest producing the cultural contents using bilateral media as a management plan for citizens to join. This research is expected to invite more discussion of how to activate the stagnant environment of the city art industries.
