모세의 윤리적 리더십

Moses Ethical Leadership

본 논문의 목적은 리더십 부재의 시대 성경적 리더십을 찾아보는데 있다. 2000년대 초반 찾아온 세계적인 불황 속에서 비윤리적인 리더십에 분노한 사람들은 새로운 리더십을 찾았다, 그리고 이들이 제시한 내일의 리더십으로 ‘윤리적인 진정성을 지닌 리더십’이었다. 즉, ‘진성 리더십’과 ‘윤리적 리더십’이다. 본 논문은 모세의 리더십을 통해 현대인들이 찾고 있는 새로운 리더십의 가능성을 보여주고자 한다. 즉, 모세의 리더십을 오늘 우리 사회가 추구하는 윤리적 리더십의 전형으로 제시하고자 한다. 이상의 목적을 위해 우리는 리더십에 대한 정의를 살펴보고 진정 리더십과 윤리적 리더십이 무엇인지 알아본 후 모세와 모세의 리더십을 살펴볼 것이다. 그리고 우리는 모세의 리더십을 윤리적인 리더십으로 정의할 것이다.

The purpose of this treatise is to find Bible leadership in the absence of leadership. In the global recession that came in the early 2000s, those who were angry with unethical leadership came to new leadership, and called for a new leadership with ethical authenticity. In other words, authentic leadership and ethical leadership. In this paper, through Moses leadership, we try to show possible models for the style of leadership that people in today s world are looking for. In short, we seek to present Moses leadership as a paradigm for the ethical leadership that our society seeks today. For these purposes, we look at the definition of leadership, find out what leadership and ethical leadership really are, and then look at Moses and Moses leadership which we will come to conclude as the ethical leadership that people today need.
