의사소통능력 향상을 위한 다담(茶談)명상 프로그램 개발

최근 공공기관이나 기업, 산업현장에서 신입사원을 선발하는 기준이 변화하고 있다. 기존에 중시되었던 이력 중심의 평가에서 지원자의 직업기초능력 중심으로 평가하는 기업이 늘고 있다. 따라서 능력 중심으로 변화하는 채용방식 및 방향에 맞추어 대학교육 방향 또한 개인의 기초능력을 점검하고 육성하는 능력 중심의 교육으로 전환되고 있다. 이에 맞춰 본 연구는 직업기초능력 중 조직 내 언어정보의 이해와 활용능력을 평가할 수 있는 의사소통능력을 개발하는데 목적을 두고, 개인의 의사소통능력을 점검할 수 있는 다담명상 프로그램의 교육안을 구성하고자 하였다. 의사소통능력 개발을 위해서는 대학 학습 외에 현장에서 체험할 수 있는 비학습경험이 중요하다고 보아, 차와 의사소통을 접목한 다담명상을 활성화하는 프로그램을 구성하였다. 의사소통능력과 다담명상에 공통적으로 내재되어 있는 기능과 의미를 고찰하고 이를 개발할 수 있는 프로그램을 구성하는 데 목적으로 두었다. 따라서 대학생들이 다담명상활동을 통해 의사소통의 기초능력을 향상시키고 개인의 역량을 발휘할 수 있는 실질적인 토대가 되기를 바란다.

These days, standards to recruit new employees in public organizations, enterprises and industrial sectors have been changing. Recent enterprises have given a focus on evaluation of applicants’ fundamental ability for occupation beyond the specification -focused evaluation. Therefore, in accordance to the trend and direction of recent ability-oriented employment, university education is being oriented to check fundamental ability of students and develop it further. Therefore, this study aimed to develop communicative ability to understand and use linguistic information in organizations as a fundamental ability for occupation and plan a Dadam medication program through which personal communicative ability can be enhanced. As as it was considered that non-educational experience through extracurricular activities is important for development of communicative ability, this study developed a Dadam meditation program where tea is associated with communication. Then this study examined functions and meaning that are inherent commonly in communicative ability and Dadam meditation in order to develop the program. It is expected that the results of the study will be a base on which personal communicative ability can be enhanced and exercised.
