심리운동 현장적용을 위한 심상의 다각적 이해

Multidisciplinary Understanding of Imagery for Psychomotorik Practice

심리운동은 움직임을 통한 인간의 지각‧경험‧인지‧행동의 기능적 통합으로 이루어진 인간행동의 심리‧운동적 관계를 연구하며 인간의 전 생애에 걸친 모든 영역의 발달을 지원하고자한다. 이러한 심리운동 프로그램 개발 및 구성이 초기에는 장애영역에서 재활과 치료에서 출발하여 이후 교육 및 관찰과 진단으로 확대되었고, 그것은 현재 사회연관단계로써 나와 타인그리고 사회공동체의 발달과 성장의 지원으로 이어지고 있다(Seewalt, 2019-b). 인지과정에서경험정보의 저장과 인출에 질적 양적으로 영향을 미치는 요소인 심상은 심리운동 현장에서대상에 대한 이해를 도울 수 있으며, 프로그램에 활용하는 매체로도 가능한 특징을 가지고 있다. 심상은 철학과 심리학 및 인지과학에서 지향하는 목적에 따라 이해의 차이를 보인다. 심리학적으로는 인간의 인지와 행동을 조작 가능한 대상으로 본 실험적 접근과 무의식의 영역까지 확장된 심층적 접근이 있으며, 신경인지과학적으로는 물리적으로 실행된 행동과 심상이같은 뇌영역에서 신경활성을 보여주는 것과, 심상과 신경가소성과의 연관성을 밝혀내기에까지이르렀다. 이 연구에서는 심상에 대한 다양한 관점의 차이를 확인하고 심리운동에의 적용 방법 및 가능성을 살펴보고자 한다.

Psychomotorik studies the psychological and motor relationship of human behavior, which consists of functional integration of human perception, experience, cognition, and behavior through movement, and aims to support the development of all areas of human life. The development of Psychomotorik programs initially began with rehabilitation and treatment in the disabled area and later expanded to education, observation and diagnosis, which has now emerged as a social connection stage, leading to the development and growth of others and the community. Imagery not only qualitatively affects the storage and withdrawal of empirical information, but also has features that can be used as a medium of Psychomotorik arbitration. Imagery differs in understanding according to philosophy and the purpose of psychology and neuroscience. Psychologically, there is a depth approach to the experimental approach of human cognition and behavior as manipulative objects and to the realm of unconsciousness, and In neurocognitive science, the actual physical movement and mental imagey were activated in the same brain areas, and the link between the imagey and neuroplasticity has been revealed. This study aims to identify various perspectives on the understanding and application of imagery and to explore its applicability to Psychomotorik.
