문제행동에 대한 전조행동 기능분석의 검토

A Study on the Functional Analysis of Precursor Behaviors to Problem Behavior

이 연구의 목적은 문제행동이 일어나기 전의 전조증상에서의 전조행동을 기능분석을 통해확인한 여러 선행 연구들을 검토함으로써, 심각한 문제행동에 선행하는 행동에 대해 기능분석절차를 적용하고 전조행동의 기능분석 결과에 따라 중재를 평가하기 위한 기초자료를 제안하고자 함이었다. 이러한 연구목적에 따라 전조증상에서의 전조행동을 기능분석한 선행연구들을검토하였다. 문제행동의 평가 및 중재에서 가장 중요한 발전 중 하나로 인정되고 있는 기능분석에 대해검토하였다. 이러한 절차에는 실험적으로 문제행동의 기능을 확인하고 가장 효과적인 중재방법을 알리기 위해 환경 사건을 체계적으로 조작하는 것이 포함되었다. 심각한 문제행동에 대한 기능분석이 치료 개발의 기초로서 매우 유용한 것으로 입증되었지만, 연구대상자나 치료자에게 해를 입힐 위험으로 인해 그러한 평가가 불가능한 상황이 남아있다. 연구들이 전조증상 분석이 문제행동의 기능분석을 대체한다고 제안하지는 않지만, 특히유해한 형태에 대한 반응을 평가하는 동안 위험을 최소화하기 위한 유용한 대안 절차를 나타낼 수 있다고 제안한다. 선행연구들의 결과를 통해 전조증상과 문제행동이 관련되어 있음이 확인되었다.

The purpose of this study was to propose basic data for applying the functional analysis procedures to actions preceding severe problem actions and assessing the arbitration according to the results of the functional analysis of the precursor behavior by reviewing several preceding studies identified by the functional analysis of the precursor prior to the occurrence of the problem behavior. The purpose of this study was to review the preceding studies that analyzed the function of the precursor behavior in the precursor. A functional analysis has been developed that is considered one of the most important developments in evaluation and intervention problem behavior. These procedures included experimentally identifying the function of problem behavior and systematically manipulating environmental events to inform them of the most effective intervention method. Although the functional analysis of severe problem behavior has been proven to be very useful as a basis for the development of treatments, such assessments remain impossible due to the risk of harming the subjects or the therapists. While studies do not suggest that the analysis of the precursor replaces the functional analysis of the problem behavior, they suggest that it may indicate useful alternative procedures to minimize the risk, particularly during the assessment of responses to harmful forms. The results of the preceding studies confirmed that the precursor and the problem behavior were involved.
