한중교류활동과 지역사회발전 모색

Groping for Korean-Chinese Cultural Exchange and Local Development: Special Reference to the Social Practice of Cultural Industry in Pohang and Shenzhen

본 연구는 한국의 포항과 중국심천의 문화산업의 현황을 개괄해보고, 인적매체의 교류활성화를 통해 향후 학습된 신념과 전통 및 지침들을 내면화하여 포항과 심천문화산업을 어떻게 지속적으로 유지 발전시킬 수 있는지를 고찰해보았다. 연구의 결과. 중국유학생들은 한국 지역사회의 문화탐방과 체험학습을 통해 생활문화를 체득하였으며, 양국 학자들과 양국 여성NGO 들도 학술, 문화 상호방문 등 다양한 문화산업교류를 통하여 상호이해를 증진하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 포항은 영일만 신항 개항, 환동해 거점도시 국제회의 개최, 국제 불빛 축제 등의 특징이 있다. 심천 시는 문화와 관광을 연계한 다양한 창의성문화산업을 통해 고도로 성장발전 하고 있다고 하겠다. 그러나 양 지역사회는 다양한 산업문화의 특성에도 불구하고 현재 직접적인 교류활성화는 미진한 실정이다. 결론적으로 본 연구는, 포항과 심천간의 문화산업의 사회적 실천방안으로 다음의 몇가지를 도출하였다. 첫째, 문화산업체험 확산방안으로 한ㆍ중 양국학생과 양국 NGO단체의 자매결연 및 교환교류협정 체결을 통한 상호문화산업탐방의 지속화. 둘째, 포항-심천 우호도시교류 체결 제의. 셋째, 관광문화개발과 연계해야하며, 넷째, 인재발굴 환경과 문화인재양성을 제시하였으며, 끝으로 네트워크도시의 역할과 연대 모색으로서 포항과 경주, 그리고 심천과 홍콩, 마카오를 연계하는 방안을 모색해보았다.

This study aims to examine how the culture industry of Pohang in Korea and Shenzhen in China are continuously maintained and developed, by recapitulating current status of culture industry in two regions, and by internalizing acquired principle, tradition and guidelines for the future. Alongside with Yeongil harbor, newly opening harbours are appropriate to Pohang. Being a Hub city in East Sea Rim, it is characterized as a venue of various international conferences, and of POSCO international firework festival. However, Yeongil Habor, in addition to POSCO steel works, which is the world’s second largest, should perform function of a passenger harbor, so that it would attract more overseas students and tourists. Shenzhen is achieving high growth rates through its various creative cultural industry. Thus, proposed action plans are 1) expansion of culture industry experience maintain and expand two cities’ cultural and industrial mutual by visits students and women groups. 2) linkage with development of tourism industry. 3) suggestion of establishing friendly relations between two cities. 4) Creating favorable condition for training and educating talented people.
