포스트 코로나 시대의 진로교육 패러다임 변화와 진로교육 발전 방안 탐색

An Exploration of a Paradigm Shift and Development Plans for Career Education in Busan for the Post-COVID-19 Era

본 연구는 포스트 코로나 시대에 따른 부산 진로교육의 패러다임을 탐색하고, 부산 진로교육의 발전 방안을 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해, 코로나 시대 이전의 진로교육 현황과 부산 진로교육의 현황에 대해 살펴보고, 포스트 코로나 시대의 부산 진로교육의 발전방향을 도출하였다. 본 연구에서는 부산 진로교육의 발전방향에 대해서 크게 4가지 방안과 세부 실천 과제를 도출하였다. 첫째, 온･오프라인 진로교육 체계화를 위해 진로교육 통합 플랫폼을 구축하여야 한다. 포스트 코로나 시대에 블렌디드 러닝 진로교육을 위해 사용자 편의성을 높일 수 있는 플랫폼을 구축하고 활성화하여야 한다. 이를 위해 학생들의 진로 선호도를 반영하여 진로교육 콘텐츠를 개발하고 구축할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 부산형 진로교육 특성화를 위해 산･학･연 협력체계를 구축하고 강화해야 한다. 이를 위해 지역의 다양한 인적자원과 물적 인프라를 적극적으로 활용하여야 한다. 또한, 부산 지역의 다양한 기업과 협력체계를 구축하여 넓은 범위의 체험형 진로교육 활성화 및 뉴노멀 시대의 역량 강화를 위한 방안을 마련할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 부산형 진로교육 활성화를 위한 교사 · 학생 · 학부모의 디지털 리터러시 역량 강화를 지원할 필요가 있다. 이를 위해 교사를 위한 디지털 리터러시 교사 연수를 시행하고, 학생들의 디지털 리터러시 역량 강화를 위한 다양한 진로교육 프로그램을 개발하여야 한다. 마지막으로, 온･오프라인 진로교육을 위한 블렌디드 러닝 환경에 적합한 진로교육을 위한 수업모형을 개발하고, 학습자 맞춤형 진로교육 프로그램을 설계하여야 한다. 이를 위해 블렌디드 러닝 환경에 맞는 교수 ･ 학습모형 개발이 필요하며 우수 수업 사례를 공유하고 체계적으로 활용 방안을 수립하여야 한다. 뿐만 아니라, 수업시간에 개발된 모형을 활용 가능하도록 교과 간 연계를 통해 다양한 진로역량 신장 프로그램을 개발 후 수업에 적용할 필요가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the paradigm shift and suggest the development plans of career education in Busan city for the Post-COVID-19 era. For this purpose, this study analyzed the current status of career education in Busan, and suggested four development directions for the policy and practical tasks of career education in Busan. First, it is required to build online learning environments for learners and establish platform to improve usability for career education based on blended learning in the Post-COVID-19 era. For this, the contents and platform of career education should be developed with the career preference of students as users. Second, for specialized career education in Busan, Industry-University-Research cooperation system should be built and strengthened by utilizing various human resources and material infra structures in the area. Also, it is recommended to build plans of activating experimental career education with the larger range and reinforcing the capacity of students in the New Normal Era by developing relationships with the companies in Busan. Third, effective support for strengthening digital literacy competency of instructors, students, and parents is needed to activate career education in Busan. Specifically, there should be digital literacy training programs for instructors and various career education programs to improve digital literacy competency of students. Lastly, it is strongly recommended to develop a career education instructional model which is suitable for blended learning environments, and to design learner-centered career education programs for both face-to-face and online learning environments. For this, developing a teaching and learning model for blended learning environment is required with sharing and utilizing the best instructional practices. In addition, with the connection of the various subjects, various career competency empowerment programs should be developed and applied to the lessons to activate the usability of them.
