대학 태권도 운동선수 정체성이 운동소진 및 지속행동에 미치는 영향: 성취목표성향의 매개효과
The Effect of Athletic Identity, Burnout, and Exercise Adherence in College Taekwondo Athletes: Mediating Effect of Achievement Goal Orientation
The purpose of this study was to examine how the Athletic Identity of College Taekwondo athletes affects Burnout, Exercise Adherence in effect and the Mediating effect of Achievement Goal Orientation, and a total of 285 parts were used as final valid samples. The data collected using the SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 programs were used : First, it was found that the Athletic identity had a positive effect on self-oriented and task-oriented among achievement Goal-oriented. Second, self-propensity had a positive and significant effect on exercise burnout, but did not affect task propensity. Third, the self orientation had a negative and significant effect on the continuing behavior, and the task orientation had no influence. Fourth, athlete identity was found to have a negative and significant effect on exercise burnout, and it was found to have a positive effect on continuous behavior. Fifth, in the relationship between athlete identity, exercise burnout, and sustained behavior, ego orientation played a role as a partial mediator in exercise burnout.
