The purposes of this study was to investigate the relationship among resilience, competitive anxiety and burnout of high school Taekwondo players. To achieve these, Taekwondo athletes from Seoul and Gyeonggi areas that were registered as sports organizations of Korean Taekwondo Association in 2020 have been selected as the population, and a sample has been taken out based on 350 of them using the convenient sampling method. After 16 responses are excluded due to unfaithful answers, the data of the remaining 334 people are used for the final analysis. The collected data were processed using the frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 23.0 program. As a result, the following conclusions are drawn. First, resilience(relationship, control, positivity) of the athletes partially affect the sub-factors of competition anxiety: physical anxiety, condition confidence, and cognitive anxiety. Second, esilience(relationship, control, positivity) of the athletes negatively affects all the all sub-factors of burnout. Third, competition anxiety(physical anxiety, condition confidence, cognitive anxiety) partially affect the sub-factors of burnout: mental and physical exhaustion, a troubled relationship with a leader, achievement and motivation reduction, and negative peer relationship.
