키워드 네트워크 분석을 활용한 『자폐성장애연구』의 지식구조 탐색

Exploring the Knowledge Structure of the “Journal of the Korean Association for Persons With Autism” using Keyword Network Analysis

이 연구의 목적은 키워드 네트워크 분석을 활용해 『자폐성장애연구』의 지식구조를 탐색하고 시기별 변화양상을 확인하는 것이다. 이를 위해 연구자는 한국자폐학회에서 발간한 학술지 『자폐성장애연구』의 창간호(2000년)부터 제21권 제1호(2021년)까지 출판된 논문 224편에서 112개의 키워드를 추출하였다. 이를 대상으로 네트워크의 구조적 속성, 중심성, 클러스터 분석을 실시한 후 그 결과를 시각화하였다. 자료 분석은 NetMiner 4.4 프로그램을 이용하였고, 연구 전기(2000년∼2013년)와 연구 후기(2014년∼2021년)로 구분하여 분석하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 컴포넌트는 전체 2개, 연구 전기 1개, 연구 후기 2개로 이루어져 있으며 응집성은 시기별로 약간의 차이는 있으나 전체적으로 낮은 편이었다. 둘째, 중심성이 높은 주요 키워드는 자폐스펙트럼장애, 아스퍼거증후군, 사회성, 문제행동, 조기중재 등이며 시기별로 변화를 보였다. 셋째, 클러스터 분석 결과 전체 9개, 연구 전기 5개, 연구 후기 11개의 하위 지식구조를 이루고 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 『자폐성장애연구』의 지식구조 특성과 시기별 변화양상, 연구의 의의 및 한계, 향후 연구 방향 등에 대해 논의하였다.

This study aims to explore the knowledge structure of the autism spectrum disorder literature and its’ periodic change. A total of 112 keywords were extracted from 224 articles in the “Journal of the Korean Association for Persons With Autism.” After standardizing the keywords, the structural characteristics of the keyword network, keyword centralities and clusters were analyzed. Visualization of the results using NetMiner 4.4 was also completed. The keyword networks of two periods from 2000 to 2013 and 2014 to 2021 were compared to identify the periodic change of the literature. The research findings are as follows. First, the entire keyword network and those of two different times consist of two components with low coherence. Second, the keywords with high centrality are “autism spectrum disorder,” “Asperger syndrome,” “sociality,” “problematic behaviors,” and “early intervention,” although a slight difference between the two periods was detected. Cluster analysis yielded nine sub-structures for the research field, five sub-structures for that of the first period, and eleven sub-structures for that of the later period. The implications of the findings, significance, and limitation of the study were discussed.
