This study used a null hypothesis, because, as a result of a behavioral investigation about the proposal of the potential transaction price by a real estate agent in the real estate market, there was no statistical significance between the potential transaction price of the experimental group which proposed information on recent transaction examples and those of the control group which proposed general information on the real estate offered for sale.
