A Study on Risks Factors of Housing Development Project by AHP Method

This study analyzes the importance level of potential risk factors and suggests effective risk management plan diverse risk factors were classified by development stages and risk characteristics. A new risk factor was drawn from several research by AHP about possibility and influencing power This study Presents synthetic risk management plan classified. Analysis and full recognition will enable us to manage potential risks systematically in housing development business. Therefore, it would be effective to manage each risk with consideration about its own development stage, possibility of occurrence, and influencing power in housing development business.
