This study found the investment decision factors of baby boomers and empirically analyzed the behavior of baby boomers. For asset growth for the future, they consider economic factor, natural factor, building-individual factor, and location factor. These factors have affected on the awareness of real estate investment. The impact of economic factors on the awareness of investment is statistically significant according to 6.4% variance of R squared, and 4.334 of F value (p<.001). In addition, natural factor, building-individual factor, and location factor have significance levels statistically. We suggest as following. First, the life cycle policy framework is necessary. Second, the wage peak activation is required. Third, it is needed to have environment to strengthen employment support and employment of the elderly-friendly. Fourth, win-win employment is ongoing.
