소매점포 단위 면적당 연매출액 결정요인에 관한 연구

A Study on the determinant Factors for the annual sales per unit area in Retail Stores

This study is intended factors for the annual sales per unit area in Retail Stores. Distribution structure of bedding market in Korea before the 1970s was mostly traded in traditional local market but its manufacture and distribution started from department store since 1970s with its new home fashion concept. The size of bedding market in Korea has been growing rapidly by as much as 1.5 trillion won by the end of 2012 from 1 trillion won in the mid 1990s. The market is composed of about 20 bedding specialty companies and 2,000 stores. As a summary, in the analysis of annual sales, annual sales per unit size, or determinant factor on annual profitability amount, projected regression analysis on dependent variable has low multi-collinearity and it is concluded that the regression model is the most optimal analysis.
