노동시장에서 건설업 직종 Mismatch 구조 분석

The Mismatch Structure Analysis on Construction Occupational Type in Labor Market

This study estimated the Mismatch values of each construction occupational type and academic background in local labor market, and the results are like below. First, in the results of estimating the number of the unemployed in the construction occupational type, the M1 value was the highest(0.039) in 2014, which has been decreased since then. It is assumed that they have moved to other labor markets to have the structural balance in the construction occupational type because of the tough job-seeking condition in the local labor market of 2014. Second, the Mismatch value M1 of each occupation type was the highest(0.346) in 2014. In case of 2014, the Mismatch occurred when the number of labor-seeking companies was decreased while job-seekers were increased. However, since 2014, owing to the effects of enterprise inducement(manufacturing businesses like automobile parts companies), the demand for job seekers was increased and the supply of labor force was active, so that the number of the unemployed was decreased. Third, the Mismatch value M1 of academic background was the highest in 2013, which has been decreased since then. Since 2013, the job-seeking condition in the manufacturing area was favorable. Especially, in the condition of lots of petrochemical manufacturing businesses, the Mismatch value by academic background did not show huge differences.
