Supportive Housing is said as a housing including services for vulnerable people such as homeless, disabled and elderly people. Supportive Housing is said to the better housing for the vulnerable people because it supports and teaches them skills of the independent living and communication for neighborhood in some western countries. The purpose of this study is to confirm the effect of Supportive Housing over the independent living of the vulnerable people in Seoul, Korea. This study focused to the pilot project. The main results of the analysis are as follows. First, for the stable supply of supportive housing, the government needs strategic intervention and preparation. Second, differentiated supportive housing services are needed. Third, related organizations, budgets, and manpower are essential for smooth supply of supportive housing and customized support services. Therefore, it is necessary to legislate supportive housing including cooperation partners, scope of cooperation, method, and budget burden.
