부동산거래 전자계약시스템 이용의 정착 방안에 관한 실증연구

A Empirical Study on the Settlement Scheme for Using of Integrated Real Estate Trade Support System

In this study, the reason why the contract system of the Integrated Real Estate Trade Support System(IRTS) is not settled through the viewpoint of the real estate agent is suggested. The subjects of this study were the research of the system settlement method centered on the expert group working in Daejeon City and Sejong Special Self-governing City(Sejong City) and the real estate agent with license. To begin with, according to the results, the multiple regression analysis that was targeted at licensed real estate agents shows that independent factors of promotional and educational aspects give positive (+) effect on the dependent factor of willingness to use the electronic transaction. As a result of the logistic regression analysis, there was no difference in the economic aspect, but there was a slight (-) insufficient level of females in gender. By region, the experience of system at Daejeon‘s respondents was 1.05 times higher than that of Sejong respondents. As the unit of technology increased, the experience of use was increased by 1.57 times. In the legal and institutional aspect, the number increased by 1.54 times as one unit increase. The PR(Public Relations) factor was increased by 1.47 times. Finally, the educational factor increased by 1.34 times as one unit increased.
