The purpose of this study is to examine the determinants of housing satisfaction of apartments in apartment complexes in Sejong city and analyze how each factor affects them, and ultimately to suggest that residents who have migrated to that city can lead to stable settlement. As a result of analysis, the determinants of housing satisfaction of all residents at Sejong city showed that social characteristics, economic characteristics, administrative and traffic characteristics had a statistically significant effect on overall residential satisfaction. However, physical and neurological characteristics did not provide sufficient evidence to explain the population. In addition to the determinants of housing satisfaction, the relationship between overall housing satisfaction, community consciousness, and residential settlement intention was examined. The results of this study are as follows. It is suggested that the relationship between housing price and community consciousness will be influenced by housing price. It is concluded that there is no indirect effect of residential satisfaction on the residential settlement intention of Sejong city.
