Although the period of housing sales can maximize the advantage of post-construction sales system for housing which begins the sales after the completion of construction, since there is possibility of shortage of finance for construction in the beginning of implementation, it is better to begin the sales after completing 80 percent of the construction depending on progression then start the Post-construction sales system for housing for the stability and advance in future.
