This study set up eight research problems to find out what properties of real estate loan managers through qualitative research methods from the perspective of behavioral economics. First, how did you feel when you first took charge of the loan business? Second, what was important in the consultation with the lenders who applied for the loan consultation? Third, what was the response when asking for the loan with the impossible collateral? Fifth, what is your feelings when an accident occurs after the execution of the loan? Sixth, what is your feelings when the loan accident process is completed? Seventh, why is it more difficult for a loan officer than for a general finance officer, and eighth, if there is something necessary for a loan officer. In conclusion, we will examine the psychological characteristics of real estate loan managers and discuss ways to alleviate the burden.
