This study aims to explore the risk factors for each development stage and to analyze the importance of the risk factors as risk management of the Knowledge Industrial Center development project. The AHP analysis methodology was implemented as a part of increasing the objectivity and reliability of the survey. According to the empirical analysis of relative importance, the pre-evaluation stage of the project is the most important. According to Fuzzy-AHP result, the most important factor was the low sales rate due to marketing planning failure. Next, the number of floors, and floor area ratio were achieved due to the lack of suitability of the financing plan. It was found in the order of incompleteness and construction interruption according to the failure of the contractor.
