프로야구 관람객들의 관람제약이 부정적 감정과 부정적 구전의도에 미치는 영향

The Effect of Professional Baseball Spectators Constraints on Negative Emotions and Negative Word-of-Mouth Intention

본 연구의 목적은 프로야구 팬들이 지각하는 관람제약요인들 중 어떠한 요인들이 부정적 감정과 부정적 구전의도에 영향을 미치는지 분석하여 프로야구단이 관중들을 유치하는데 기초적인 자료를 제시할 수 있는 데 본 연구의 의의가 있다. 연구대상은 야구장에서 프로야구를 관람한 경험이 있는 이들로 선정했으며, 최종적으로 154부의 설문이 분석에 활용되었다. 수집된 설문은 SPSS 23.0을 통해 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석, 단순회귀분석 및 다중회귀분석이 실시되었다. 분석결과 첫째, 프로야구 관람예약 요인 중 관람편의, 관람촉진 및 여가문화가 부정적 감정에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 프로야구 관람제약 요인 중 관람편의가 부정적 구전의도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 프로야구 관람제약에 따른 부정적 감정은 부정적 구전의도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 프로야구팬들의 관람제약 요인들은 부정적 감정 및 행동으로 연결될 수 있기 때문에 이를 최소화할 수 있는 전략을 구축하야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the constraints of Korean professional baseball spectators on negative emotions and negative word of mouth. The subjects of the study were selected from who had experience watching professional baseball at the baseball stadium, and finally, 154 part of the survey was used for the analysis. The collected surveys were conducted through SPSS 23.0 for frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, and multiple regression analysis. According to the analysis results, firstly, among the factors of professional baseball admission reservation, the convenience of viewing, promotion of viewing, and leisure culture have a significant impact on negative emotions. Second, among the factors of restrictions on watching professional baseball games, it has been confirmed that viewing convenience has a significant effect on negative word of mouth. Third, it is analyzed that negative emotion caused by constraints on watching professional baseball games significantly impacts negative oral intentions. The results of this study will lead to negative emotions and behavior, so strategies should be established to minimize them.
