Exploring strategies for creating and spreading policy outcomes for the fishing village new deal project : Focusing on the improvement of the promotion system for specialized income-generating projects

The Fishing Village New Deal Project is a strategic policy project to regenerate fishing villages and fishing ports by selecting 300 fishing villages nationwide from 2019 to 2022. Since the fishing village New Deal project has been addressed from a policy perspective, academic research has only dealt with the phenomena that emerged in the policy drive in a fragmentary way but not in an insightful way. In this context, this study explored strategies for creating policy performance and performance diffusion in fishing villages New Deal projects from an insightful perspective. From the basic premise of maintaining principles of implementation guidelines of the fishing village new deal project and seeking ways to spread the performance of the income-generating specialized project. In conclusion, as a strategy to create and spread the results of the fishing village new deal project, it proposed to newly organize and operate the fishing village new deal project, find unique contents and services, develop business models, and establish public systems or platforms.
