본 연구에서 논의한 기독교교육 리더십 개념은 다른 차원에서 규정할 수 있는 개념들과 함께 종합적으로 논의되어 정리될 수 있을 것이다. 기독교교육 리더십 개념에 영향을 주리라 생각되는 다른 차원은 우선 기독교교육을 어떻게 보느냐에 따른 것이다. 기독교교육 리더십은 역사적으로 계속 변천을 겪어왔다. 앞으로도 그 개념은 사회와 교회의 변동에 따라 변화를 겪을 것이다. 특히 기독교교육 리더십을 교회의 다른 사역 안에서 그 개념을 규정하느냐, 아니면 기독교교육이 교회의 다른 사역들을 포함하는 것으로 보느냐에 따라 이제까지와는 성격이 다른 리더십 개념이 출현할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다. 기독교교육 리더십 개념의 다른 차원은 기독교교육 리더십은 여기에서처럼 흔히 개인적인 것으로 생각된다. 그러나 복잡하고 급격한 변화를 겪는 사회와 교회에서 개인에게 의존한 리더십이 어느 때까지 유효하겠느냐는 것이다.

There were no times as much overflowing references to the leadership as these days. Yet, Next to economic theory, never has so much been written on the same topic­resulting in so little agreement on the most elemental propositions in the field. The problem which remains is that leadership is still conventionally defined, by scholars and laymen alike, either by the social role of leadership or by what leaders do. Leadership should never be confused with status, power, position, rank or title. So the question remains, what is leadership and how can it be defined? According to Al Gini, Leadership is a delicate combination of the process, the techniques of leadership, the person, the specific talents and traits of a/the leader, and the general requirements of the job itself. Leadership in Christian Education(D.R.E.) is a power for the purpose of education and the educational tasks and religious values(conclude wonder, mystery, and awe) laden relationship between leaders and constituents who share their visions in the church who intend faith growth and maturity that reflect community welfare and mutual concession. The process of leadership cannot be separated from the person as leader. The D.R.E. is sound in character, have charisma which let God acts among constituents in the church, own ambition to expand the Kingdom of God, and knows conceptual skills which controls educational related situations. The D.R.E.s have jobs, which are vision, managing, and responsibility. Vision includes both priest and prophetic function. Also Management focusing on men and responsibility for the community with pure motivation are attached to D.R.E.s job. In sum, Christian educational leadership is a disclosure of roles and functions in which personality and power are presented in the process that D.R.E. work christian educational related jobs in the church.
