지각된 수퍼바이저 스타일이 수퍼비전 만족도에 미치는 영향

Effect of Perceived Supervisory Style on Supervision Satisfaction: The Double Mediating Effect of Perceived Supervisory Authenticity and Supervision Working Alliance

목적 본 연구는 지각된 수퍼바이저 스타일, 수퍼바이저 진정성, 수퍼비전 작업동맹, 수퍼비전 만족도 간의 관계를 확인하고 수퍼바이저 스타일과 수퍼비전 만족도 간에 수퍼바이저의 진정성과 수퍼비전 작업동맹이 이중매개 역할을 하는지 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 방법 이를 위해 지역 상담 기관, 대학교 상담센터 및 사설 상담센터에 종사하는 수퍼비전 경험(한 명의 수퍼바이저로부터 3회 이상의 수퍼비전을 받은 경험)이 있는 상담자를 대상으로 온라인(Google 설문) 방식으로 진행하여 252명의 자료를 수집하였으며, 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS(Statistics Package for the Social Science) 22.0과 PROCESS macro를 사용하여 분석하였다. 결과 연구결과 첫째, 수퍼바이저 스타일과 수퍼비전 만족도 간에 수퍼바이저의 진정성이 부분매개효과를 나타냈다. 둘째, 수퍼바이저 스타일과 수퍼비전 만족도 간에 수퍼비전 작업동맹이 부분매개효과를 나타냈다. 셋째, 수퍼바이저 스타일과 수퍼비전 만족도 간에 수퍼바이저의 진정성, 수퍼비전 작업동맹의 이중매개효과가 유의하였다. 결론 이를 바탕으로 효과적인 수퍼비전을 위한 수퍼바이저의 특성과 수퍼비전 과정을 확인함으로써 수퍼비전 실제를 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

Objectives This study was conducted to confirm the relationship between perceived supervisory style, supervisory authenticity, supervision work alliance, and supervision satisfaction, and to determine whether supervisory authenticity and supervision work alliance play a double mediating role between supervisory style and supervision satisfaction. Methods To this end, we conducted an online (Google survey) method for counselors with supervisory experience (experienced 3 or more supervisions from one supervisor) working at local counseling agencies, university counseling centers, and private counseling centers to collect data from 252 people. The collected data were analyzed using IBM SPSS (Statistics Package for the Social Science) 22.0 and PROCESS macro. Results As a result of the study, first, supervisory authenticity showed a partial mediating effect between supervisory style and supervision satisfaction. Second, the supervision working alliance showed a partial mediating effect between supervisory style and supervision satisfaction. Third, the double mediating effect of supervisory authenticity and supervision working alliance was significant between supervisory style and supervision satisfaction. Conclusions Based on this, the supervisory characteristics and supervision process for effective supervision were identified, and a plan for actual supervision was suggested.
