장애대학생의 진로정체감과 행복감의 관계에서 진로결정효능감의 매개효과 분석

The Mediated Effect of Career Decision Efficacy in the Relationship among Career Identity and Happiness of University Students with Disabilities

목적 본 연구는 장애대학생의 진로정체감이 행복감에 미치는 영향에서 진로결정효능감의 매개효과를 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 방법 이를 위하여 경상도, 전라도, 부산광역시에 위치한 4년제 대학의 장애대학생을 대상으로 진로정체감, 진로결정효능감, 행복감에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0과 LISREL 10.2를 통해 분석하였다. 각 변인의 수준과 상관을 알아보기 위하여 기술통계, 상관분석을 실시하였고 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시하였다. 결과 첫째, 장애대학생의 진로정체감, 진로결정효능감, 행복감은 보통이상으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 장애대학생의 진로정체감은 진로결정효능감에 영향을 미치고, 진로결정효능감 또한 행복감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 진로정체감은 행복감에 직접적인 영향은 미치지 못하지만 진로결정효능감을 매개로 간접적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 장애대학생의 진로결정효능감은 진로정체감과 행복감 사이에서 완전 매개효과를 갖는 것으로 확인되었다. 결론 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 장애대학생의 진로결정효능감을 증진시키기 위한 실천적 진로지원방향을 모색하고 행복한 직업인으로 준비되기 위한 효과적인 방안을 제시하였다.

Objectives The purpose of this study was to explore the mediating effect of career decision efficacy in the effect of career identity on happiness. Methods To achieve the purpose of this study, a survey was conducted on 195 university students with disabilities on their career identity, career decision efficacy and happiness. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, pearson correlation analyses and SEM verification. Results First, the level of career identity, career decision efficacy and happiness was more than normal and all three variables were found to have correlations. Second, the career identity of university students with disabilities had a significant effect career decision efficacy and career decision efficacy also had a significant effect on happiness. In addition, it was found that career decision efficacy had a significant mediating effect in the effect of career identity on happiness. Conclusions Based on the results of the study, the direction of career support was discussed to enhance the career decision efficacy of university students with disabilities.
