한국기독교장로회 교단의 교사교육 효율성 증진 방안

본 연구의 목적은 교회학교 교사교육의 실태를 파악하여 그 문제점을 기초로 하여 교사교육의 효율성을 증진하기 위한 방안을 모색하는데 있다. 본 연구의 방법은 목회자 및 교회학교 교사 264명으로부터 수집된 설문자료를 기초로 탐색적 요인분석과 Cronbach’s a계수를 이용하여 신뢰도를 측정하였다. 또한 교사교육의 실태를 확인하기 위하여 One-way(ANOVA)와 One-way 교사교육효율성에 미치는 영향력을 알아보기 위해 다중회귀분석(Multiple Regression Analysis)을 실시하였다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 하여, 다음과 같이 제언하고자 한다. 첫째, 교사교육은 교회학교 교사로서 사명감을 가지고 교사직을 수행하는 능력을 길러야 한다. 둘째, 교사교육은 교사들이 영적 회복이 이루어지기 위한 방향에서 이루어져야 한다. 셋째, 교사교육은 교회학교 교사로서 전문적인 능력과 자질을 갖출 수 있도록 해야 한다. 넷째, 교사교육은 다양한 교육방법을 활용하는 능력을 길러주어야 한다.

The object of this study in to grope a way for improving the efficiency of teacher education by grasping the real condition of teacher education in church and making the basics of it’s problems. As the subject of this study is collected survey materials from the 264 of ministers and church school’s teachers in prok The method of this study was based on survey materials, assured a validity by using factorial analysis of guest and measured a reliability by using Cronbach’s α coefficient. And also one-way(ANOVA) for making sure of the real condition of teacher education and multiple regression for inspecting the influence on the efficiency of teacher education were conducted. The results of this study follow as: First, there exists a difference according to academic ability, position and service department in the content and purpose of teacher education. Second, there exists a difference according to academic ability and serve department in the program of teacher education. Third, there exists a difference according to sex, academic ability, the seat of church, and position in the method of teacher education. Fourth, there exists a difference according to service department in the efficiency of teacher education. Fifth, the more positively the program and method of teacher education in cognized, the more highly the purpose and content of teacher education in cognized. Sixth, the purpose and content of teacher education have an meaningful effect the efficiency of teacher education. On the base of the result of this study, the proposals of this study follow as: First, teacher education must forster the teacher to have the ability of conducting his/ her job of church school. Second, teacher education must be composed in the direction of the spiritual restoration of teachers. Third, teacher education must make the teachers of church school prepare the professional ability and talent. Fourth, teacher education must foster teachers to combine the ability of using various educational methods.
