청소년의 교회공동체 적응성 측정도구

A Study on the Church Community Adjustment Assesment in Youths

본 연구는 청소년들이 교회공동체에 얼마나 잘 적응하는지와 적응하지 못하는 이유를 알고자 하는 도구를 개발하는데 있다. 청소년들이 교회공동체에 적응성 여부는 문헌연구와 경험연구의 결과를 기초로 하여, 전문가들의 내용타당도 검증을 거쳤다. 측정도구 개발과정에서 문항제작은 3차의 예비검사 결과와 탐색적 및 확인적 요인분석을 통하여 이루어졌고, 청소년의 교회공동체 적응성은 5요인으로 대처적 자기조절, 긍정적 만족성, 공감성, 인간관계, 우호적 자기표현이며, 23문항으로 구성되었다. 청소년들의 교회공동체 적응성 척도의 신뢰도는 Cronbach’s α와 재검사 신뢰도, 타당도는 안면타당도, 요인타당도, 준거타당도, 확인적요인분석 타당도를 제시하였다. 본 검사도구의 신뢰도는 .881, 재검사 신뢰도 .885로 매우 높으며, 상호상관은 .199**∼.616**에 걸쳐 있다. 준거관련타당도는 .278*∼.669**이며, 확인적요인분석의 적합도는 RMSEA .05∼.07, TLI와 CFI .95-1.0을 넘는 좋은 적합도로서 그 타당도가 증명되었다. 이 도구는 청소년들이 교회공동체의 적응성 여부를 알고, 학생들이 교회공동체에 잘 적응할 수 있도록 돕는 유용한 자료가 될 것이다. 또한 교회 청소년들을 이해할 수 있는 좋은 자료를 제공해 줄 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to make a Church community adjustment assesment in Youths. The researchers investigated that what kind of characteristic factors do have the Pepsi generation in church community through literature researches and experience studies. The researchers build a conceptual framework for Church community adjustment assesment. For this study, 3 times of preliminary examinations and final examination were conducted. Finally the Church community adjustment assesment(CCAA) was administered to 237 christian middle and high school students sampled randomly from 5 other areas throughout Korea. But the preliminary examinations participants of the research was middle and high school christian students 500 students located in 8 different cities, ie., Seoul, Daejeon, Kwang-ju, Jeju island, etc, in South Korea. The major findings of this study are as follows: CCAA is composed of five subfactors and 23 items: Coping with reality for self-controll of 5 items, Positive satisfaction of 5 items, sympathy of 5 items, human relation of 4 items, and friendly self expression of 4 items finally on the basis of the investigation and logical analysis of related documents. CCAA Cronbach’s α is .881 and retest reliability is .885, correlation ranges are .199∼.616 and reference validity ranges are .278-.669 in a p<.01. It means that CCAA shows good reliability and validity.
