The organizational structure is a set of actions and activities that enhance the productivity and efficiency of collective labor, including a comprehensive understanding of all the formal activities of the organization. The organizational structure has many positive influences such as improvement of role and reputation of the organization, the capacity-building and sustainability of workforce of the staff, development of the communication and cooperation between the staff and the management, the maintaining of the positive cultural attitude of the organization, the protection of human rights and the implementation of organization reform.
