중국 물류산업 투자의 산업연관적 분석

Input-Output Analysis of China’s Logistics Industry Investment

본 연구의 목적은 중국 정부의 물류산업에 대한 투자가 중국 경제는 물론 산업별로 얼마나 기여할 수 있는지를 실증적으로 규명하고 중국 물류산업에 대한 상대적 중요성을 부각시킴으로써 향후 효율적인 중국 물류산업 투자관리를 위한 기초자료로 제시하였습니다. 연구분석방법은 중국 통계국이 2019년에 발표한 2017년 산업연관표를 활용하여 산업연관분석을 하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 중국 물류산업에 61,449.9십억 위안을 투자할 경우 우선 생산유발효과는 총 1,176.5십억 위안, 총부가가치유발액은16,703.2십억 위안으로 이 중 직접 부가가치유발액은 451.4십억 위안, 간접 부가가치유발액은 16,251.9십억 위안에 달한다. 물류산업의 투자가 다른 산업부문에 유발하는 총소득유발규모는 8,209.1십억 위안으로 이 중 직접소득유발액은 8,022십억 위안이며, 간접소득유발액은 187.1십억 위안이다. 총생산세유발액은 총 2,290.4십억 위안으로 이 중 직접생산세유발액은 2,205.6십억 위안이며, 간접생산세유발액은 84.9십억 위안으로 나타났다. 또한, 총노동유발 인원은 전산업에서 총 11,354명으로 이중 직접노동유발인원은10,515명이며, 간접노동유발인원은 839명이다.

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for efficient investment management in the Chinese logistics industry by empirically identifying how much the Chinese government’s investment in the logistics industry can contribute to the Chinese economy as well as industry. This study using the 149-sector industrial table released by the China Statistics Bureau in 2017. Investing 61449.9 billion yuan in China’s logistics industry would have the following economic impact: the production inducement effect of China’s logistics industry investment totaled 1,176.5 billion yuan, and the total value-added inducement caused by other industries was 16703.2 billion yuan, of which direct value-added inducement was 451.4 billion yuan and indirect value-added inducement was 16251.9 billion yuan. The total income inducement of investment in the logistics industry in other industries is 8209.1 billion yuan, of which direct income inducement is 802.2 billion yuan, and indirect income inducement is 187.1 billion yuan. The total production tax inducement totaled 2290.4 billion yuan, of which direct production tax inducement was 2205.6 billion yuan, and indirect production tax inducement was 84.9 billion yuan. In addition, the total number of labor inducements was 11,354 in the entire industry, of which 10,515 were direct labor inducements, and 839 were indirect labor inducements.
