코로나-19로 장애인 당사자는 물론 가족들이 일상생활에서 다양한 불편함을 경험하였으며, 특히 장애인 시설관련종사자 또한 서비스 제공에 큰 애로가 있었던 것으로 나타났고, 장애인 돌봄 서비스는 환경적 요인에 적잖은 영향을 받는다. 공공과 민간시설 간에는 서비스 문제로 인한 보호자들과의 갈등에 있어서 공공시설이 좀 더 많고 민간시설은 상대적으로 적게 나타났다. 또한 장애복지시설 이용자는 복지관에 많은 도움을 청하고, 진행하는 서비스에 비교적 만족하는 편이다. 장애인복지관 종사자들은 재택근무에 대해 불편함을 많이 느꼈으며, 향후 비대면 서비스의 지속가능성과 코로나-19 종식이후 장애인복지서비스 형태는 적잖게 변화될 것으로 예상하였다. 이러한 맥락에서 업무환경에서 청결과 위생관리가 용이하도록 하고 공간의 조화로운 분위기 조성, 시설 및 집기사용의 편리성 제고, 쾌적한 환경 조성을 제공할수록 종사자의 서비스지향성의 수준이 높아져 고객의 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있다는 것을 시사한다.

In this way, the level of service-orientation of workers can be increased, which can have a positive effect on customer satisfaction.
