보육교사의 민감성 관련 요인에 대한 메타분석

A Meta-analysis of Sensitivity-related Factors of Child Care Teachers

본 연구는 보육교사의 민감성과 관련된 요인들의 상관관계 효과 크기를 확인하고, 민감성에 영향을 미치는 조절 요인들의 효과 크기 차이를 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 분석 자료는 국내에서 발행된 석·박사학위 논문 및 학술지 논문이며 이중 보육교사의 민감성과 관련된 요인들이 제시된 43편의 연구를 CMA Version2로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 전체 효과 크기는 중간 효과 크기를 가진 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 요인 군 별 효과 크기는 개인과 직무 보호요인 군은 큰 효과 크기, 조직과 직무 위험은 중간 효과 크기를 나타냈다. 셋째, 요인 군 별 하위 요인 효과 크기는 개인요인 군, 조직 요인 군, 직무 보호요인 군에서 하위 요인 간 차이를 보였다. 넷째, 조절 요인 별 효과 크기는 연구대상에서 조절요인 간 차이를 보였다. 본 연구결과를 기초하여 보육교사의 민감성 향상 방안에 대한 시사점을 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the correlation effect size of factors related to the sensitivity of child care teachers and to examine the difference in the effect size of the regulatory factors affecting the sensitivity. The analysis data are the master s and doctoral dissertations and journal papers published in Korea, and 43 studies that were presented with factors related to the sensitivity of childcare teachers were analyzed by CMA Version2. The results of the study are as follows. First, the overall effect size has the intermediate effect size. Second, the effect size by factor group was the large effect size for individual and job protection factors, and medium effect sizes for organization and job risk. Third, the effect size of sub-factors by factor group showed a difference between sub-factors in individual factor group, organizational factor group, and job protection factor group, Fourth, the effect size by control factor showed difference among control factors in the study subjects, and based on the results of this study, the implications for improving the sensitivity of childcare teachers were discussed.
