보육교사의 의사소통능력과 대인관계능력이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 보육교사의 의사소통능력과 대인관계능력이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아 보고 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 보육교사의 의사소통능력과 대인관계능력에 따른 직무만족도를 증진시키는데 그 목적이 있다. 경기도 광주시. 성남시. 용인시 어린이집에서 근무하는 보육교사 313명의 설문을 받아 데이터 코딩을 거쳐 SPSS 21.0을 사용하여 빈도분석, Cronbach s ⍺ 계수 산출, 기술통계분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 첫째, 보육교사의 의사소통능력과 대인관계능력과 직무만족도의 일반적 경향에서 의사소통능력은 전체에서 높게 나타났다, 둘째, 보육교사의 의사소통능력과 대인관계능력과 직무만족도의 관계에서 측정변수간의 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 의사소통능력, 대인관계능력, 직무만족도 하위변수 간에는 대부분 정(+)의 상관관계를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 보육교사의 의사소통능력과 대인관계능력이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향에서 보육교사의 의사소통능력이 직무만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있었다. 이를 바탕으로 보육교사의 의사소통능력과 대인관계능력에 따른 직무만족도를 증진시키는 방안 마련에 기초 자료를 제공 하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of child care teachers communication skills and interpersonal skills on job satisfaction and to improve job satisfaction according to their communication skills and interpersonal skills.,Gwangju, Gyeonggi-do, Seongnam.,The data were coded by 313 childcare teachers working at the daycare center in Yongin City and frequency analysis, Cronbach s coefficient calculation, descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted using SPSS 21.0. First, in the general tendency of communication ability, interpersonal ability and job satisfaction of childcare teachers, communication ability was high in the whole. Second, as a result of analyzing the correlation between the communication ability of childcare teachers and interpersonal ability and job satisfaction, communication ability, interpersonal ability and job satisfaction showed a positive correlation Third, in the effect of child care teachers communication ability and interpersonal ability on job satisfaction, child care teachers communication ability had a positive effect on job satisfaction.,Based on this, the study aims to provide basic data for the preparation of measures to improve job satisfaction according to communication ability and interpersonal ability of childcare teachers
