출소자의 회복탄력성 증진프로그램 개발에 관한 연구

A Study on the Development of Resilience Enhancement Program for Ex-prisoners

본 연구는 출소자의 회복탄력성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하고, 출소자를 위한 회복탄력성 증진프로그램을 개발하고자 한다. 연구 1에서는 출소자의 회복탄력성 개념을 정의하였다. 선행연구를 바탕으로 출소자의 보호요인과 위험요인을 검토하여 출소자의 회복탄력성 개념 및 요인들을 구성하였으며, 출소자의 회복탄력성 구성요인의 적절성을 판단하고 타당성을 확보하기 위해 전문가의 자문을 받아 출소자의 회복탄력성 요인이 구성되었다. 따라서 연구 1에서는 출소자의 특성을 반영한 출소자의 회복탄력성 구성요인을 3개의 중범주로 긍정사고 ․ 정서통제 ․ 사회관계로 구성하였다. 긍정사고의 하위요인은 자존감 · 생활만족도 · 자기낙인이고, 정서통제의 하위요인은 원인분석력 · 긍정적 분노대응 · 부정적 분노대응이며, 사회관계의 하위요인은 소통능력 · 공감능력 · 사회적 지지로 구성되었다. 연구 2에서는 출소자의 회복탄력성 향상을 위해 회복탄력성 증진프로그램을 개발하였다. 프로그램 개발은 문헌연구 결과를 바탕으로 프로그램의 구조를 구성하였고, 체계적인 프로그램 개발을 위해 14단계의 프로그램 개발모형을 적용하였으며 프로그램 내용을 구성 후, 총 4차의 전문가 자문을 거쳐 프로그램의 내용타당도를 검증하였다. 따라서 출소자를 위한 회복탄력성 증진프로그램은 문헌연구와 전문가 자문, 그리고 14단계의 체계적인 개발모형을 적용하여 출소자의 회복탄력성 프로그램이 개발되었다. 본 연구는 2019년 5월부터 11월까지 한국법무보호복지공단 연구용역사업으로 수집된 ‘보호대상자용 회복탄력성 증진프로그램 개발 연구용역(Ⅱ)’의 자료를 바탕으로 본 연구목적에 맞게 활용하였다. 본 연구에서는 출소자를 위한 회복탄력성 프로그램 개발이 출소자의 성공적인 사회복귀를 위한 정책 및 프로그램 개발에 이론적 · 실증적 기초자료로 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

This study examined the factors affecting Ex-prisoners’ resilience, developed a program to improve their resilience, and evaluated the program s effectiveness after implementation. In Study 1, the concept of Ex-prisoners’ resilience was defined. The protection and risk factors of the Ex-prisoners were identified, and the concept and factors of the Ex-prisoners’ resilience were composed based on previous researches. Additionally, to determine the components adequacy of the Ex-prisoners’ resilience and to secure its validity, the factors of Ex-prisoners’ resilience consisted through expert advice.` In Study 2, a resilience enhancement program was developed to improve the Ex-prisoners’ resilience. The program s structure was determined based on the literature review findings, and a 14-step program development model was used to ensure systematic program development. Moreover, after composing the program s contents, the program s content validity was verified via a fourth expert consultation. As a result, a program aimed at increasing the resilience of the Ex-prisoners was developed. The findings of this study are expected to be useful as theoretical and empirical foundation data for developing policies and programs for the successful rehabilitation of Ex-prisoners to society.
