노인돌봄기관 전문인력의 돌봄로봇 이용의향에 영향을 미치는 요인

A Study on Factors Affecting the Intention to Use Care Robot among Institutional Elderly Care Professionals: Focusing on Transfer Assist Robot

본 연구의 목적은 노인돌봄기관 전문인력의 이승보조로봇 이용의향에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해경희대학교 고령친화융합연구센터 및 강동경희대학교병원이 실시한 ‘고령친화기술(AgeTech) 및 노인돌봄로봇 수요조사’ 자료를 활용하였으며, 최종 분석대상자는 간호사, 간호조무사, 요양보호사, 간병인 등 총 482명이 최종적으로 선정되었다. 연구모형을 검증하기 위해SPSS 25.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 노인돌봄기관 전문인력은 이승보조로봇지각된 유용성, 이승보조로봇 지각된 편의성, 이승보조로봇 자기효능감이 높을수록, 이승보조로봇 불안이 낮을수록, 월 평균 개인소득이높으며 여성, 정규직일수록 이승보조로봇 이용의향이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 돌봄인력이 이승보조로봇을수용하기 위한 효과적인 방안을 제시하고, 돌봄로봇의 도입과 확산을 위한 증거기반적 전략을 제시하고자 한다. 또한, 노인돌봄기관전문인력의 돌봄로봇 수용에 대한 이론적 기반을 확충하고, 궁극적으로 노인돌봄서비스의 질적 향상에 기여하고자 한다

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationships between the perceived usefulness, the perceived ease of use, self-efficacy, Anxiety and the intention to use transfer assist robot of institutional elderly care professionals(N=482). We conducted the analysis using the data of the ‘Korea Agetech & Care Robot Survey’ and Multiple regression analysis was applied to test research model. The results of the research model are as follows. First, the usefulness, ease of use and self-efficacy had significant effects on the institutional elderly care professionals intention to use transfer assist robot. Second, Anxiety had significant effects on the intention to use. But they had negative effect. Lastly, Sex, income, employment status affect the intention to use. Based on the results of this study, we suggest effective measures to successfully introduce the care robot and transfer assist robot to the site, and ultimately contribute to the improvement of the quality of care services for elderly and patient.
