The purpose of this article is to interpret Wonhyo s three subtle[三細]·ālaya vijñāna[阿賴耶識] theory educationally. Thus, this study deduced what educational implications are by grasping Wonhyo s theory of mind from a more matched point of view. According to this paper, education is the most important thing to cultivate the mind, and it should be the reason why students acquire knowledge of beautiful mind, and it is related to not only cultivating their own life but also grasping the fundamental meaning of their job in relation to their job more directly. Thus, it was found that students need to approach their jobs from the perspective of a great mind rather than a child while learning at school.
