청소년 자아정체성 발달에 대한 정신분석학적 탐구

A Psychoanalytic study on Youth identity development: from the perspectives of Klein and Lacan

Drawing on psychoanalytic theories of Melanie Klein and Jacques Lacan, this study attempted to get a new understanding on child and youth identity development. The two theorists helps to find a solution to contemporary psycho-social problems by providing in-depth and insightful perspectives for subject formation process and psychological structurings Klein’s and Lacan’s theory of subject formation have reaffirmed the inextricable relationship between reason and passion as well as the importance of symbol formation in the human psyche development and education. Their perspectives have shown the possibilities and limitation of (unconscious) human subject, and also have asked a decision and efforts to achieve a genuine subjectivation. Particularly, adolescence is an important period for the establishment of self-identity and subjectivation. Adolescents will need proper support and care until they could find their own words.
