Studies on the Zheng clan from Yangcheng Shanxi Province during the Yuan Dynasty

In the late Chin and early Yuan, a lot of Han military clans appeared. They have made a great influence on the political, social and other aspects. The Zheng family from Yangcheng Shanxi Province(山西陽城) was also one Han military clan and scholars have not studied them fully yet. this paper preliminary studies the family from its origin, rise, feats and marriage in order to research events of the Zheng family during the Yuan period.
