Consumer Buying Behavior Trends in Cellular Service Sector

The purpose of this study is to shed light on the issue of general tendency in Mongolian cellularservice market changes and consumerbuying behavior and trends by utilizing the primary and secondary information. The cellular service market has been developed since 1990s in Mongolia and it is viewed as the relatively new sector. In the nature of market competition, this type of sector has been continuously increasing domestically and its service for consumers can be said as it is reached at the international level. The study reveals that there are over 3 million active users of cellular services in Mongolia, nowadays. However, the consistency and stability of cellular phone consumers tend to be continued depending on service’s marketing strategy of the Mongolian operator. Furthermore, due to the important part of the human lifestyle, the number of cellular phone consumers is rapidly increasing.
