Developing of Third Party Logistics in Ulaanbaatar capital

A share of service industry in economic progress of Mongolia is increasing annually. Therefore, it is necessary to develop innovative logistic methods, especially in a case when supplying process grows unstoppably. In terms of international logistic management, first, essential performances for successful accomplishments and prosperous experiences must be studied. Moreover, new-fangled approaches required to be achieved in an adequate and cost efficient way. In recent years, the urban migration to Ulaanbaatar city has been dramatically increased and reached to an half of the country’s population level, thus, the number of cars and autos have intensely increased and have already started to cause some negative aspects such as traffic jams and air pollution. On the other hand, a number of companies that located in the Ulaanbaatar city is increasing per annum, and becoming around 42 thousand. Prominently, they are responsible for producing over 64 percent of the national GDP. In view of that, crafting a new logistic approach is vital to further industrial and commercial development of the Ulaanbaatar city. Accordingly, this paper will discuss creating and developing level 3PL logistics structure to the Ulaanbaatar city’s product supply chain management system.
