There are four monuments known as the Chinggis dalan (Chinggis fort) in Mongolia are clearly identified. One of the Chinggis dalan located in Umnugovi aimag is about 335 km long and laid in Nomgon, Khurmen, Bayandalai and Noyon sums, and while in the western part continuous though near the Khar Us city of Alashaa aimag of China. There are 2 experiments of Chinggis dalan. One is the radiocarbons C14 experiment made by some scholars such as D.Erdenebaatar and our radiocarbon’s experiment result show that 20% are belongs to Khidan state (Liao state) the ones mentioned above, and most of the data dating back to 12th-13th centuries. Our conclusion that Chinggis dalan was restored later during the Xia State.1)
