This paper wishes to clear various nation s composition circumstance and special quality of language inhabiting within Mongolia department today and I do not to Mongolia nation whole that live spreading in Continent of Asia everywhere such as China and Russia. Truth that is living scattering over Continent of Asia today because the Mongolia nation advances to all the world in Genghis Khan s formal attire process has spread. But, truth that several nations of Central Asia are living together except Mongolia tribe within Mongolia department was not known well. The Mongolia nation disperse in the Asia whole area including 4 million in Chinese Inner Mongolia, 2,600,000 in present Mongolia republican and in Russia. Mongolia is consisted of several nations such as Mongolia tribe 85%, Turks 7%, Tungus 4.6%, other 3.4% among 2,600,000 populations inhabiting on Mongolia. Low rank classification of these each nation is available to again several minority races present. One standard that divide these nation classify that according to each nation s history and cultural special quality. But the most important element can say as classification by special quality of language that they use.
