한·몽 현대소설에 나타난 팜므파탈형 여주인공 비교연구

A Comparative Study on the Femme Fatale type of Actress in the modern novel between Korea and Mongol: focused on the 『Betrayer Slave(Ban-no)』 by Yum, Jae-Man and 『Black Flower(Хар цэцэг)』 by Le Chainum

본고는 염재만의 장편소설 『반노(叛奴)』와 르 차이넘의 장편소설 『흑화(Харцэцэг)』 속에 등장하는 팜므파탈형 여주인공의 성격과 모티프를 비교 분석하였다. 두 텍스트에서 등장하는 여 주인공인 홍아와 알탕쩨쩨그는 전형적인 팜므파탈이다. 『반노』는 알레고리적 상징을 통하여 당대 한국의 배금주의와 억압적인 상황을 반영하고 있는데 여주인공 홍아는 이상세계를 추구하고 있는 주인공의 앞길을 가로막는 장애물의 역할을 하고 있다. 『흑화』는 실연(失戀)을 통해 성숙해지는 바트라는 청년의 연애실연담으로 짜여 있는데 여주인공 알탕쩨쩨그는 미모를 무기로 바트를 등쳐먹는 팜므파탈이었다. 하지만 텍스트 내에서 드러나고 있는 그녀의 개인주의적 자유의지는 당대 몽골 사회의 비판으로 읽을 수 있다. 두 텍스트 모두 남자 주인공이 여 주인공의 팜므파탈적인 성격을 간파하고 결별의 수순으로 서사가 진행되는 팜므파탈형 모티프가 가지고 있는 기본적인 구성인 유혹-통찰-징벌/파멸의 서사구조로 짜여있다. 이상으로 살펴보았듯이 양국의 현대소설은 아직까지 직접적인 영향관계가 없지만 주인공의 성격이나 모티프 등 소설의 보편적인 질료를 비교 분석하여 유사성과 변별성을 발견할 수 있었다. 앞으로 양국 교류의 진전에 의해서 직접적인 영향관계 속에 생산된 소설텍스트를 대상으로 본격적인 비교문학연구가 이루어 질 것이다.

This article analyzes characters and motifs of actress of femmme fatale kind in the 『Betrayer Slave(Ban-no)』 by Yum, Jae-Man and 『Black Flower(Хар цэцэг)』 by Le Chainum comparatively. The actresses in this two texts, Hong-A and Altangchechegue are typical femmme fatale type actress. The Hong-A plays a role of barrier against hero s way who pursues ideal world in the novel which reflects on mammonism and suppressed situation in Korea at this time. The Actress Altangchechegue is a femmme fatale being on the bot for Bart who is getting over broken heart with her pretty features in the romance story 『Black Flower』. This novel criticizes Mongolian society of those days through her individual free will. The two texts consists in basic organization of a description which is seduction - penetration - disciplinary - destruction. That is to say that the hero separated from the actress after realizing her femmme fatale character. As looked into above, the modern novels in Korea and Mongol, have no mutual relationship directly. But it can be found that they have some similarities and distinctions in the universal materials of novel such as character and motif. Therefore study on the novels which were produced in the process of cultural exchange between two countries based on the comparative literature.
