This inscription has found by the ardraeologist D.Erdenebaatar. This inscription is siheated on the right side of Wokhbi hulsdag mounta and on the right bank of Har Hatuu river. This place is located on the 12 km and on the south-east side from Bugat sum (Bayan-Ulgii provirxe).
