아버지의 양육참여, 부모역할만족도가 양육스트레스에 미치는 영향

The effect of father s participation in parenting and parental role satisfaction on parenting stress of fathers

목적 본 연구는 아버지의 양육참여와 부모역할만족도가 양육스트레스에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 이를 통하여 아버지의 자녀 양육을 이해하고, 앞으로의 지원 활성화 방안을 모색하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 만 8세 이하 자녀를 가진 전국의 아버지 총 300명을 대상으로 양육참여, 부모역할만족도와 양육스트레스를 설문으로 조사하였다. 아버지의 양육참여, 부모역할만족도가 양육스트레스에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보기 위하여 상관분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 첫째 아버지의 양육참여, 부모역할만족도, 양육스트레스는 유의한 상관관계가 나타났다. 아버지의 양육참여와 부모역할만족도는 아버지의 양육스트레스와 부적인 관계가 있었으며, 아버지의 양육참여와 부모역할만족도는 정적인 상관관계가 있었다. 둘째, 아버지의 양육참여, 부모역할만족도는 아버지의 양육스트레스에 영향을 미치며, 상대적인 설명력은 아버지의 부모역할만족도, 아버지의 양육참여 순으로 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 아버지가 양육을 긍정적으로 인식하고 적극적으로 참여하며, 부모역할만족도가 높일 수 있도록 지원해야 한다. 이를 위해 아버지 맞춤형 교육을 통해 자녀와 긍정적 관계를 형성하고 부모역할에 만족감을 느낄 수 있도록 지원할 필요가 있다.

Objectives The purposes of this study were to examine the impact of fathers participation in parenting and parental role satisfaction on parenting stress, to understand fathers children s parenting, and to find ways to promote future support. Methods In this study, a total of 300 fathers across the country with children under the age of 8 participated in childcare and surveyed their parents role satisfaction and parenting stress. Correlation analysis and regression analysis were conducted to find out the effects of parental participation and parental role satisfaction on parenting stress Results First, there was a significant correlation between father s participation in parenting, parental role satisfaction, and parenting stress. Father s participation in parenting and parental role satisfaction were negatively related to father s parenting stress, while father s participation in parenting and parental role satisfaction were static. Second, father s participation in parenting and parental role satisfaction affect father s parenting stress, and relative explanatory skills affect father s parental role satisfaction and father s participation in parenting. Conclusions The father should be positively aware of parenting, actively participate, and support the increase in parental role satisfaction. To this end, it is necessary to build a positive relationship with children and support them to feel satisfied with their role as parents through customized education for fathers.
