대학에서의 전공능력 도출 모형 개발 및 타당성 검증

목적 본 연구는 대학의 수업 맥락에서 실제 활용 가능하고 타당성이 확보된 전공능력 도출 모형을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 방법 이를 위하여 Richey와 Klein의 설계⋅개발 연구방법을 참고하여 연구를 수행하였다. 문헌 탐색을 통해 전공능력 도출을 위한 원리 및 상세지침, 절차와 방법을 도출하고, 내적 타당화를 위해 교수설계 전문가 타당도 평가와 내용 전문가 타당도 평가를 실시하였고, 외적 타당화를 위해 유사 모형 사용자를 대상으로 이용 경험 평가를 실시하였다. 결과 그 결과, 8개의 핵심요소로 구성된 전공능력 도출 개념모형과, 13개의 도출원리에 따른 56개의 상세지침, 전공능력 도출의 절차모형을 개발하고 타당성을 검증하였다. 결론 본 연구에서 개발한 모형과 도출원리 및 상세지침은 전공능력을 도출하는 데에 도움이 되는 것으로 나타났다. 전공능력기반 교육과정의 기준이라고 할 수 있는 전공능력 도출의 과정에 대한 구체적인 가이드와 타당성이 확보된 절차와 방법을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 대학의 다양한 전공영역에서의 실질적 활용을 기대한다.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to guide the appropriate and effective derivation principles and the process of deriving major competencies based on an understanding of major abilities in the context of university classes. Methods In order to realize these research objectives, by taking the precedence literature review, the components of the model, the derivation principle, the conceptual model and the procedure model were developed. Next, to validate the model, an expert review was conducted twice, and a user experience evaluation was conducted. Results As a result of the study, eight components were derived through the literature review. And based on the derived components, thirteen derivation principles, fifty-six detailed guidelines, Major Competency Model were developed. Conclusions The model, the principles of derivation, and detailed guidelines that were developed in this study, were found to be helpful in deriving major competencies. In conclusion, the outcome of this study is that detailed procedures for deriving major competencies suitable for college major competencies-based curriculum, the scope and content of necessary information, the subject of investigation and analysis, the process of securing validity, and the subject of verification were presented. Therefore, it is expected that this model will help to design and effectively operate a curriculum based on major competency by deriving the appropriate major competencies for the major.
