온라인 실시간 수업에서 플립드 러닝 수업이 간호대학생의 학업적 효능감, 문제해결력, 학습몰입, 비판적 사고성향에 미치는 효과

The effects of flipped learning class on academic efficacy, problem-solving skill, learning engagement, and critical thinking tendencies in online classes

목적 본 연구의 목적은 아동간호학 교과목 온라인 실시간 수업에 플립드 러닝 수업을 적용한 후 학습이 효과를 분석하는 것이다. 방법 이를 위하여 경상북도 소재 대학생 85명을 대상으로 온라인 수업에 플립드 러닝을 적용하여 수업 전과 수업 후의 학업적 효능감, 문제해결력, 학습몰입, 비판적 사고성향의 차이를 살펴 보았다. 결과 연구결과 온라인 수업에 플립드 러닝 수업을 적용한 결과 수업 전 보다 수업 후에 학습몰입도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 학업적 효능감, 문제해결력, 비판적 사고성향은 수업 전과 수업 후에 유의한 차이가 없었다. 결론 이 연구는 아동간호학 교과목 온라인 수업에 플립드 러닝 수업의 운영에 있어 수업설계 및 학습자의 특성을 고려해야하는 교육적 시사점을 제공했다는데 의의가 있다.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of learning after applying flip-learning classes to online real-time classes for children s nursing subjects. Methods To this end, flip learning was applied to online classes for 85 college students in Gyeongsangbuk-do to examine the differences in academic efficacy, problem solving skills, learning immersion, and critical thinking pre-class. Results The study found that the flip-learning class was applied to online classes, and that the level of learning immersion was higher after class than before and after class. There was no significant difference between academic efficacy, problem-solving skills and critical thinking pre-class and post-class. Conclusions This study is meaningful in that it provided educational implications to consider the characteristics of class design and learners in the operation of flipped learning classes in online classes for children s nursing subjects.
