The Influence of Resilience for Beauty Workers on Management Performance: Focusing on the Mediating Effects of Organizational Commitment

This study attempted to investigate the influence of resilience on financial and social performance and examine the mediating effects of organizational commitment among cosmetologists. The results found the following: First, resilience revealed a positive influence on both financial and social performance with statistical significance. In other words, as self-regulation and positivity increase, financial performance improves. In addition, as self-regulation, interpersonal relationships and positivity increase, social performance improves accordingly. Second, resilience had a statistically positive effect on organizational commitment. As self-regulation, interpersonal relationship, and positivity increase, organizational commitment improves. Third, in terms of the mediating effects of organizational commitment, resilience showed a statistically positive influence on financial and social performance and organizational commitment. The positive influence of organizational commitment on both financial and social performance has been confirmed. In other words, concerning the effects of residence on financial and social performance, organizational commitment revealed mediating effects.
