Risk Management Plan for Exporting Cultural Contents: Based on Service Comprehensive Insurance

Purpose - This paper analyzes risk management plan for exporting cultural contents based on service comprehensive insurance. This research’s purpose refers to revitalize export of cultural contents. so it contained the suggestions of improvement for the risk of service comprehensive insurance. Design/Methodology/Approach - The research method of this paper is a literature study based on previous studies and reports. Findings - We suggested improvement plan of service comprehensive insurance. First, risk clause of service comprehensive insurance must be improved. Second, strengthen adverse selection to finance the standards of individual rate, and diversify insurance item. Third, to mitigate burden of emergency risks, the government will consider taking risks directly and expand the coverage of blanket insurance in order to improve the utilization rate. Fourth, actively support minor enterprises and place discrimination against large enterprises. Fifth, supporting of credit inquiry must be strengthened. Finally, it is necessary to operate an elastic insurance system and take measures in advance so that there is no danger in introducing a new type of insurance system.
